Here it goes! One of my really good friends has started his own real estate business, and in his excitement, he has been encouraging me to begin working on this, too. There is sooooo much information out there, and if one is willing to invest the time, there is a lot of profit to be made.
One thing is for certain, there are always people who are buying and/or selling homes.
Another certainty … many people who are selling their home are in a fix with their mortgage; many who desire to buy a home have poor credit or not-so-hot income.
As a real estate investor, I will have the opportunity to help people who are in a fix; either they are drowning in their mortgage and need out quickly, or they have poor credit and are having trouble buying a house. That is what excites me about this career.
So, my journey begins … I will share some of what I learn on this blog. Tony is mentoring me, and I am so thankful for his knowledge and enthusiasm. I hope to reflect some of that enthusiasm along the way. Also, I will also list references for those who may be interested in learning more. There are some fantastic resources out there; real estate gurus offer us their wealth of knowledge in the forms of cd’s, books, seminars, e-books, and dvd’s.
